1. מבוא

Calmino ("אנחנו", "אנו", "החברה") מחויבת להגן על פרטיות המשתמשים שלה. מדיניות פרטיות זו ("המדיניות") מסבירה אילו נתונים אישיים אנחנו אוספים, כיצד אנחנו משתמשים בהם, ואילו זכויות יש לך עליהם.

Calmino היא אפליקציית מעקב ובריאות לתינוקות וילדים, המופעלת ומפותחת על ידי קבוצת Calmino.

3. מידע שאנחנו אוספים

א. מידע שאתה מספק ישירות:

• פרטי חשבון: שם מלא, כתובת אימייל, סיסמה מוצפנת
• פרופיל ילד: שם, תאריך לידה, מגדר, תמונת פרופיל
• נתוני מעקב: האכלה (שעה, כמות, סוג), שינה (שעות כניסה ויציאה), החלפת חיתול, תוספי תזונה, חיסונים, תרופות, מדדי גדילה (משקל, גובה, היקף ראש)
• הערות ותיעוד שתזין ידנית
• תמונות ורגעים קסומים שתבחר לשמור

ב. מידע הנאסף אוטומטית:

• סוג מכשיר, גרסת מערכת הפעלה, ומזהה מכשיר ייחודי
• Token להתראות Push (לצורך שליחת תזכורות בלבד)
• כתובת IP (לצרכי אבטחה וזיהוי תקלות בלבד — אינה נשמרת לאורך זמן)
• אנו משתמשים בנתוני שימוש אנונימיים ודיווחי קריסה (Crash Reports) דרך שירותים חיצוניים לאיתור באגים מהיר ושיפור יציבות. המידע אינו מכיל נתונים מזהים כלל

ג. מידע מצדדים שלישיים:

• בהתחברות עם Google: שם מלא וכתובת אימייל מחשבון Google בלבד
• בהתחברות עם Apple: כתובת אימייל (שיכולה להיות מוסתרת על ידי Apple)

4. מטרות השימוש במידע

אנחנו משתמשים במידע אך ורק למטרות אלה:

• מתן שירותי האפליקציה, תחזוקתה ושיפורה
• הצגת נתונים, גרפים וסטטיסטיקות אישיות
• שיתוף נתונים עם בני משפחה בהתאם להרשאות שקבעת
• שליחת התראות ותזכורות שביקשת מפורשות
• מתן תמיכה טכנית ועמידה בחובות חוקיות
• שיפור השירות באמצעות נתונים מצטברים ואנונימיים בלבד

אנחנו לא משתמשים במידע שלך לפרסום ממוקד, ולא מוכרים נתונים לגורמים מסחריים.

5. שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים

אנו נעזרים בספקי שירות חיצוניים ומוכרים לתפעול האפליקציה:

• תשתיות, ניהול משתמשים ואחסון נתונים במסד מאובטח (Google Firebase)
• מערכת התחברות לחשבון ושירותי התראות (Apple)
• פלטפורמת פיתוח ושליחת התראות למכשיר (Expo / EAS)
• ניהול מנויים ורכישות מאובטח מול חנויות האפליקציות (RevenueCat)
• טעינת נתוני מזג אוויר מקומי מבוססי מיקום (Apple WeatherKit)

אנחנו לא מוכרים, משכירים, מחליפים, או מסחרים במידע שלך בשום אופן. נחשוף מידע לגורם חיצוני רק אם: (1) נדרשנו לכך בצו שיפוטי תקף; (2) נדרש על פי חוק; (3) נדרש להגנה על בטחון הציבור.

6. העברת מידע בינלאומית

נתוניך מאוחסנים בשרתי Google Firebase שיכולים להיות ממוקמים בארה"ב ו/או באירופה. Firebase עומד בדרישות GDPR ומספק הגנות מתאימות. בשימושך בשירות, אתה מסכים להעברה זו.

7. אבטחת מידע

אנחנו נוקטים במגוון אמצעי אבטחה:

• הצפנת כל תעבורת הנתונים (TLS 1.2+)
• הצפנת נתונים באחסון באמצעות Firebase Security Rules
• הרשאות גישה מחמירות — כל משתמש ניגש רק לנתוניו
• ניטור חריגות ורישום אירועי אבטחה

חשוב להבין: אין מערכת דיגיטלית בטוחה לחלוטין. אם יש לך חשד לפרצת אבטחה, הודע לנו מיד בכתובת [email protected].

8. שמירת מידע

• נשמור את נתוניך כל עוד חשבונך פעיל
• לאחר מחיקת חשבון: מידע אישי יימחק מיידית עם השלמת תהליך המחיקה
• גיבויים טכניים עשויים להישמר עד 90 יום נוספים בלבד
• מידע הנדרש לשמירה על פי חוק (כגון: עסקאות כספיות) יישמר לתקופה הנדרשת בחוק

9. פרטיות ילדים

השירות מיועד להורים ומטפלים בני 16 ומעלה בלבד. המידע הנוגע לילדים נאסף אך ורק מיוזמתם, הזנתם ושליטתם המלאה של הוריהם או אפוטרופוסיהם החוקיים – ולמטרות מעקב בריאות אישי בלבד. המידע לא ישתף מסחרית ואין בו כל פרסום ממוקד.

בהתאם לסעיף 9 לתקנות ה-GDPR, חלק מהנתונים שאנחנו מאחסנים — כגון מידע בריאותי (מדידות גדילה, חיסונים, תרופות, תוספי תזונה) — מסווגים כ"קטגוריות מיוחדות" של נתונים אישיים. נתונים אלה מעובדים אך ורק על בסיס הסכמתך המפורשת (סעיף 9(2)(א) ל-GDPR), ומוגנים ברמת אבטחה גבוהה במיוחד.

כהורה, שמורה לך הזכות המוחלטת למחוק את כל נתוני ילדיך מהשרתים שלנו לצמיתות ובאופן מיידי ('הזכות להישכח') דרך האפליקציה.

איננו אוספים מידע ישירות מילדים. אם הגעת למסקנה שילד מתחת לגיל 13 יצר חשבון ללא הסכמת הורה, אנא פנה אלינו ונמחק את הנתונים מיד.

10. זכויותיך

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי ול-GDPR, יש לך:

• זכות עיון — לקבל עותק של המידע שאנחנו מחזיקים עליך
• זכות תיקון — לתקן מידע שגוי או לא מעודכן
• זכות מחיקה — "הזכות להישכח" — למחוק את כל המידע שלך
• זכות ניוד — לקבל את נתוניך בפורמט קריא-מכונה
• זכות התנגדות — להתנגד לעיבוד מסוים של מידע
• ביטול הסכמה — לבטל הסכמה שנתת בכל עת

11. שינויים במדיניות

נודיע על שינויים מהותיים דרך האפליקציה ו/או בדוא"ל לפחות 30 יום מראש. המשך שימוש לאחר קבלת ההודעה מהווה הסכמה לשינויים.

Privacy Policy — Calmino

1. Introduction

Calmino ("we", "us", "the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

This Policy complies with:

• Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017
• EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679
• U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

2. Who We Are

Calmino is a baby and child health tracking application, operated and developed by Calmino Group.

3. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide directly:

• Account details: full name, email address, encrypted password
• Child profile: name, date of birth, gender, profile photo
• Tracking data: feeding (time, amount, type), sleep (start/end times), diaper changes, nutritional supplements, vaccinations, medications, growth measurements (weight, height, head circumference)
• Notes and records you enter manually
• Photos and magic moments you choose to save

b. Information collected automatically:

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifier
• Push notification token (for sending reminders only)
• IP address (for security and troubleshooting only — not stored long-term)
• We use anonymous usage data and crash reports via external services to quickly identify bugs and improve stability. This information does not contain any identifying data

c. Information from third parties:

• When signing in with Google: full name and email address from your Google account only
• When signing in with Apple: email address (which may be hidden by Apple)

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for these purposes:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the app's services
• Displaying personal data, charts, and statistics
• Sharing data with family members according to permissions you set
• Sending notifications and reminders you explicitly requested
• Providing technical support and complying with legal obligations
• Improving the service using aggregated and anonymous data only

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell data to commercial entities.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We use reputable external service providers to operate the App:

• Google Firebase - Data storage and user management (complies with international security standards).
• Apple - Account sign-in and notification system.
• Expo / EAS - App infrastructure and push notifications.
• RevenueCat - Secure subscription and purchase management via app stores.
• Apple WeatherKit - Local weather data services.

We do not sell, rent, exchange, or commercialize your information in any way. We will disclose information to an external party only if: (1) required by a valid court order; (2) required by law; (3) necessary to protect public safety.

6. International Data Transfers

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers that may be located in the USA and/or Europe. Firebase meets GDPR requirements and provides appropriate safeguards. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.

7. Data Security

We employ a variety of security measures:

• Encryption of all data in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Encryption of data at rest via Firebase Security Rules
• Strict access controls — each user can only access their own data
• Anomaly monitoring and security event logging

Important: no digital system is completely secure. If you suspect a security breach, notify us immediately at [email protected].

8. Data Retention

• We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Upon account deletion: personal data is deleted immediately upon completion of the deletion process
• Technical backups may be retained for up to 90 days only
• Information required by law (such as financial transactions) will be retained for the legally required period

9. Children's Privacy

The service is intended for parents and caregivers aged 16 and above exclusively. Information about children is collected solely upon the initiative, input, and full control of their parents or legal guardians – and exclusively for personal health tracking purposes. The information will not be shared commercially and no targeted advertising is involved.

Under Article 9 of the GDPR, some of the data we store — such as health information (growth measurements, vaccinations, medications, nutritional supplements) — is classified as "special category" personal data. This data is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR) and is protected with a heightened level of security.

As a parent, you retain the absolute right to have all your children's data deleted from our servers permanently and immediately ('Right to be Forgotten') through the App.

We do not collect information directly from children. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete the data immediately.

10. Your Rights

Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law and GDPR, you have:

• Right of Access — to receive a copy of the information we hold about you
• Right to Rectification — to correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Right to Erasure — the "right to be forgotten" — to delete all your data
• Right to Data Portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to Object — to object to certain processing of your data
• Withdrawal of Consent — to withdraw consent you have given at any time

11. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via the app and/or email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after receiving notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
